    We're interested in all kinds of empty, neglected properties, regardless of size, location, or condition. Our goal is to transform these properties into family homes.
  • How can I earn by providing an empty property's address?
    Simply inform us of a derelict, vacant property's location, and we'll reward you with a gift voucher as a token of appreciation for aiding our search for potential homes.
  • What happens after I submit a property?
    Our team will assess the property and verify its eligibility. If it qualifies, we’ll handle the next steps and keep you updated.
  • What if we can’t trace the owner?
    In some instances, we will be unable to trace the owner if little to no data can be found and understandably, we will be unable to pay for any introduction we are unable to verify.
  • How do I spot an empty property?
    Look for signs like overgrown gardens, boarded windows, piled-up mail, or no lights at night. For more tips, visit our "Hunter Resources" section.
  • What if the property owner isn't interested in selling?
    While not every owner is ready to sell, you'll still receive your gift voucher for the lead. And we hope you'll continue to identify other potential properties for us.
  • Is there a limit to the number of properties I can suggest?
    No, there's no cap. The more properties you bring to our notice, the more you stand to earn.
  • How fast do you make decisions on properties?
    We're known for our swift decision-making - and you will receive your gift voucher within 28 days if your submitted property meets our criteria. After receiving a property address from you, we'll quickly engage with the owner and aim to make an offer within 48 hours if the property meets our needs.
  • How quickly will I get paid?
    Once we verify your submission meets our criteria, you’ll receive your £20 reward within 7 business days. If the property is purchased, your 1% finder’s fee will be paid after the transaction is complete.
  • Will I be updated about your progress?
    Definitely. We value transparency and will keep you informed about our interactions with the property owner and any decisions made.
  • What's the earning potential here?
    Beyond the initial reward for identifying a suitable property, if we proceed with the purchase based on your lead, you'll earn 1% of the property's purchase price.
  • How do I share property details with you?
    It's straightforward. Send us the property's photo, address, any additional insights, and your contact information. No cumbersome paperwork or forms involved.
  • How do I know if my property qualifies?
    We purchase properties that have been vacant for at least 12 months and meet our eligibility criteria. Contact us to discuss your property.
  • What kind of residential properties do you buy?
    We buy residential properties in various conditions, including those in need of refurbishment or with legal complexities.
  • Do you assist with legal and logistical aspects?
    Yes, we handle all legal and logistical aspects to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.
  • What types of commercial properties do you buy?
    We buy offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and other commercial properties that are vacant or underutilised. Here's what we're looking for: • Former Primary & Private Schools (Great for redevelopment) • Former Religious Buildings (Churches, Chapels, etc.) • Vacant Properties Suitable for Children’s Nurseries (Former nurseries, care homes, or closed office buildings with outdoor space in suburban, residential areas) • Buildings & Land for Convenience Stores (Car garages, MOT - Centres, closed pubs with parking, underutilized car parks) • Disused Petrol Stations (Ideal for new commercial property projects) • Please note we do not buy empty high street shops.
  • How long does the process take?
    Our team typically completes assessments within 10 business days of receiving your property details. Then our streamlined process ensures sales are completed as quickly as possible, often within a few weeks.
