We’re Empty Property Hunters, and we see the hidden stories in these neglected spaces. Across England, nearly 700,000 homes stand empty, with over 260,000 of these left unloved for six months or more.

Our story isn’t just about buildings; it’s about people. At the heart of our work are our local heroes - our Hunters. These are everyday people from your neighbourhood who keep their eyes peeled for forgotten properties.

We celebrate each Hunter’s discovery, thanking them with a £20 gift voucher for every property they point out. And when a find turns into a purchase? They receive a finder’s fee of 1% of the purchase price. It’s our way of showing that what they do matters deeply, not just to us, but to the whole community.

Tracking down the owners of these properties is no small task. Outdated or missing contact details can make it tough, but we don’t back down easily. Our team digs deep, sometimes looking for relatives or making calls to piece together the right connections, all to bring a property - and a dream - back to life.
