Welcome! We're excited that you're interested in submitting properties to Empty Property Hunters.
Please take a moment to read these terms to understand how it works. By participating, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Website Use. If you disagree, that's okay—just don't use the scheme.
How to Participate
1. Eligibility:
You must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Reporting a Property:
Found an empty or derelict property? Report it on our website: www.emptypropertyhunters.co.uk, or via WhatsApp: 07822012864.
Ensure you provide all required details, including the full property address and your contact information.
You can report as many properties as you find—there’s no limit!
3. Sharing Information:
By submitting a property, you agree that we may share property details with our business partners or third parties as part of the investigation process.
REWARDS
Report a property that meets our criteria, and you may qualify for a £20 Amazon, M&S voucher, PayPal, or bank transfer—the choice is yours!
What to Expect
1. Notification:
We will confirm receipt of your submission.
Once we trace the owner and confirm the property has been empty for 12 months or more, we will update you on the status.
2. Qualification Criteria:
To qualify for the reward, properties must meet the following conditions:

Not advertised for sale or rent: The property must not currently be, or have been, advertised for sale or rent in the last 24 months.

Empty for 12 months: The property must have been vacant for at least 12 months, unless it is recently in probate.

Residential location: The property must be in a high-density residential area.

Type of property: The property must be a residential home (empty high street shops or commercial properties do not qualify).

Ownership status: The property must not have been purchased within the last 5 years.

Original lead: The property must not have been previously submitted to us or already be in our existing database.

Planning history: The property must not have any recent planning permission applications.

Building type: The property must not be part of a high-rise council or ex-council block.

Ownership: The property must be privately owned (not owned by a local authority or housing association).

Location: The property must be located in England.

Condition: The property must not currently be undergoing refurbishment or redevelopment by the current owner.
Empty Property Hunters reserves the right to decline properties that fall outside our investment criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, properties located in areas we deem to be of low demand or where the property value is estimated to be below £100,000, even if the property is vacant.
ADDITIONAL REWARDS
Finders Fee Reward:
If we successfully purchase a property you reported, you will receive 1% of the purchase price as a Finder’s Fee reward.
You will be notified of the purchase and your reward via telephone and email.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Keep Your Details Updated:
Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date so we can reach you with updates and rewards.
2. Discretion:
We reserve the right not to pursue or purchase a property for any reason and are not obligated to inform you of our decision.
Confidentiality and Personal Information
1. Confidentiality:
Please do not share any purchase details or business-related information without our prior permission.
2. Marketing:
We may use non-identifying details of voucher rewards for marketing purposes, such as sharing success stories.
