How can I earn by providing an empty property's address?Simply inform us of a derelict, vacant property's location, and we'll reward you with a gift voucher as a token of appreciation for aiding our search for potential homes.

What if we can’t trace the owner?In some instances, we will be unable to trace the owner if little to no data can be found and understandably, we will be unable to pay for any introduction we are unable to verify.

What if the property owner isn't interested in selling?While not every owner is ready to sell, you'll still receive your gift voucher for the lead. And we hope you'll continue to identify other potential properties for us.

Is there a limit to the number of properties I can suggest?No, there's no cap. The more properties you bring to our notice, the more you stand to earn.

How fast do you make decisions on properties?We're known for our swift decision-making - and you will receive your gift voucher within 28 days if your submitted property meets our criteria. After receiving a property address from you, we'll quickly engage with the owner and aim to make an offer within 48 hours if the property meets our needs.

How quickly will I get paid?Once we verify your submission meets our criteria, you’ll receive your £20 reward within 7 business days. If the property is purchased, your 1% finder’s fee will be paid after the transaction is complete.
