After receiving a property address from you, we'll quickly engage with the owner and aim to make an offer within 48 hours if the property meets our needs.

Once we verify your submission meets our criteria, you’ll receive your £20 reward within 7 business days. If the property is purchased, your 1% finder’s fee will be paid after the transaction is complete.
